Do to others as you would have them do to you
Do to others as you would have them do to you. Luke 6:31 NIV I strongly believe in this and have always treated others as I would have them treat me. For this reason I am publicly stating I have removed myself from any association with Purple Tiger and VistaLife. The removal is of my choice and of my own doing as many already were aware as I had told privately that I was doing so. I have closed any groups (or am mid closing them) and any webpages or pages that I had going associated with them. I had hoped to remove myself quietly and continue helping those that I bought in to the company but that said the quote I have just used does not seem to apply from the other end. I welcome any and all friendships I have developed during this time and wish you all good will and good health. I have not changed and will always be the positive, happy and outspoken aussie that I have always been. A change is as good as a holiday and I am on to happier more positive ventures. I am excited less stressed and happy that I am again back to the positive and best me that I can be and wish you all a very Merry Christmas.

Lessons in Life
Watch your thoughts for they become words, watch your words for they become actions, watch your actions, for they become habits, watch your habits for they become your character, watch your character for it becomes your destiny.
Having a mind filled with negative thoughts will lead to a negative life, and a mind filled with positivity will breed a positive one.
Having a mind filled with negative thoughts will lead to a negative life, and a mind filled with positivity will breed a positive one.
This is my wish for you: Comfort on difficult days, Smiles when sadness intrudes, Rainbows to follow the clouds, Laughter to kiss your lips, Sunsets to warm your heart, Hugs when spirits sag, Beauty for your eyes to see, Friendships to brighten your being , Faith so that you can believe, Confidence for when you doubt, Courage to know yourself, Patience to accept the truth and Love to complete your life.
There comes a time in your life when you walk away from all the drama and the people who create it. You surround yourself with people who make you laugh. Learn from the bad and focus on the good. Love the people who treat you right and pray for the one’s who don’t. Life is too short to be anything but happy. Falling down is part of life. Getting back up is living.
No storm can last forever. It will never rain 365 days consecutively. Keep in mind that trouble comes to pass not to stay. No Storm not even the one in your life, can last forever.
Just be smart enough to know when enough is enough. You cannot complain about somebody crossing the line when you failed to set boundaries. You cannot complain about somebody wasting your time when you did not require them to earn it. Sometimes, you just have to let go. Not everything is meant to be a forever kind of thing. You cannot give them too many chances to make the same mistakes. You have to be honest with yourself, even if it hurts. Learn from it. Grow out of it. Be done with it
There are two kinds of people in the world. Givers and Takers. The takers may eat better, but the givers sleep better.
Being strong doesn’t mean hiding your pain. It doesn’t mean forgoing help when you’re struggling. It doesn’t mean refusing to show sadness and vulnerability. And it doesn’t mean carrying the burdens of life all by yourself. Anything that prevents your healing and stifles your growth does not correspond with strength. Being strong means refusing to tolerate people and things that wound your soul. It means practicing self-care when you’re hurting. It means honoring your feelings by actually allowing yourself to feel and express them. It means treating yourself with compassion and kindness, even when you feel like you don’t deserve any. It means doing what makes you happy and being with people who make you feel good. It means asking for help when the weight of the world has become too much. It means giving yourself permission to get your needs met by setting boundaries. It means to take care of yourself.
Life has knocked me down a few times. It has shown me things I never wanted to see. I have experienced sadness and failures. But one thing for sure, I always get up

Being active in social media
If you are new to social
media, it can be daunting knowing where to start.
Being active in
social media can benefit both you as a business and in helping your
business grow. Social Media most people have heard of include but are not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram,
and Blogging.
Social media enables an interactive way to engage on a
personal level a vast audience without having to pay for advertising.
It also gives people a way to interact with you as a person rather
than a name.
Facebook is a social tool
personally but also as a business. The disadvantage to Facebook is
that to get the most views you have to pay for it. If you have an
interactive page with lots of likes, comments then the more audience
it reaches. Newsfeed both on personal and business pages benefit
advertising more than the user.
Twitter or Tweets can help
you network, generate leads, and promote products in short messages.
It has no restrictions on who you can reach but you are limited by
how much you can say. Tweets are limited to 140 characters which
appear on followers’ home pages. Messages can link to the product’s
website, Facebook profile, photos, videos, etc
LinkedIn you can register
your business and generate leads by people who are interested in
finding you. It is not as interactive as Facebook or Twitter.
Google+ is similar to
facebook but not limited with views and being part of Google has a
wide audience. Hashtag to search for and interest and you can post
ads and network or generate leads. It has communities for interaction
and newsfeeds for those that follow you.
Pinterest enables anyone
to "save" anything posted anywhere on the net and to follow
a user. It collects and saves images and the webpage it is collected
from. It is not interactive like facebook but does get many views.
Instagram is images and
videos where you can link to other social media.
YouTube is videos where
you can have a business page and is not restrictive in views and the
more people like it the more views it gets. You can build an audience
on YouTube for massive views, exposure and targeted traffic.
Blogging allows reaching a
mass audience that is already interested and searching for a topic or
brand or what is already an interest to them. It allows people to
follow and can be interactive with all other social media. The more
varied or interactive the Blog the more people will find it. (
Enjoy the social media that you find of interest to you! Connect and interact and have fun!!

#water Are you hydrated?
Are you hydrated? #water
Your body is about 70% water, the majority of your blood and every cell in your body is composed of water. Therefore, you need water to function properly.
By the time you experience the sensation of thirst, you are already dehydrated. That thirst is your body calling for re-hydration.
Nearly all of our systems do not function as well without the proper water intake.

Your body is about 70% water, the majority of your blood and every cell in your body is composed of water. Therefore, you need water to function properly.
By the time you experience the sensation of thirst, you are already dehydrated. That thirst is your body calling for re-hydration.
Most of us spend our days constantly dehydrated to some degree – we are affecting the performance of the majority of our body.
Nearly all of our systems do not function as well without the proper water intake.
Simple TIPS with water consumption:
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water.
- Carry a bottle everywhere with you as a reminder to keep drinking.
- Eat raw fruits and vegetables – they are dense in water.
- You can get water from food, not just from beverages.
- Drink water and other fluids until you urinate frequently and with light color.
Benefits of Drinking Water:
1. Increases Energy & Relieves Fatigue – Since your brain is mostly water, drinking it helps you think, focus and concentrate better and be more alert. Your energy levels are also boosted!
2. Promotes Weight Loss – Removes by-products of fat, reduces eating intake, reduces hunger, raises your metabolism and has zero calories!
3. Flushes Out Toxins – Gets rid of waste through sweat and urination.
4. Improves Skin Complexion – Moisturizes your skin. It’s the best anti-aging treatment around!
5. Maintains Regularity – Aids in digestion as water is essential to digest your food and prevents constipation.
6. Boosts Immune System – Drinking plenty of water helps fight against flu, cancer and other ailments like heart attacks.
7. Natural Headache Remedy – Helps relieve and prevent headaches (migraines & back pains too!) which are commonly caused by dehydration.
8. Prevents Cramps & Sprains - Proper hydration helps keep joints lubricated and muscles more elastic so joint pain is less likely.
9. Puts You in a Good Mood – When the body is functioning at its best, you will feel good!
10. Save Money! - Water is FREE! Even if you choose bottled/filtered water, it’s STILL cheaper than that high sugar drinks!
